With our Telecom Reseller platform you don't need any third party systems to place orders, interact with Openreach, or generate itemised calls. This saves your business time and money, not least because some existing billing platforms cost £300+ per month to subscribe to. We don't charge you anywhere need this, instead it's provided as standard within the Telecom Reseller platform. Instead we came up with a unique model which not only keeps your costs low, but it ensures that it's in ICUK's interest to make you competitive and profitable.
We give you the ability to set your own retail prices and for line rentals, broadband and all other services, you retain 100% of the profit you make on top of our wholesale fee; We simply charge you the wholesale costs. With phone calls, we invoice you for 20% of the profit made from the calls. For example, if the profit you make from your customers phone calls is £100 we will raise an invoice for £20 as a contribution to the development and running of the billing platform.

Our unique tariff management system allows you to easily design your tariffs in minutes. You are in complete control over the rates you charge your clients for day, evening and weekend calls. There are no limits to the number of tariffs you can create, so if you want you can design individual tailored solutions for each client, or apply the same prices across your client base.
Every call is itemised and available to be viewed through our online control panels. This applies to your reseller control panel as well as your clients. It allows you to operate as a paperless operation without the need to print and post reams of paper each month. Instead your clients can login and see the break-downs they need, stored indefinitely. You don't need any third party billing software, we provide you with everything you need.
We don't impose minimum call costs or call connection charges. Instead our pricing model is very simple and clear; You only pay for the time you are on a phone call. If this lasts a matter of seconds, then you are only billed for a couple of seconds. This principle will immediately differentiate yourself from more established competitors and will save your customers money instantly.
You have the ability to set a call connection charge for certain calls, based on destination (eg UK mobile calls have a 3 pence connection charge) and time of day (eg during the evening and weekend). This solution mimics a precedent set by established companies in the industry who make substantial profits from this knowing that most calls are short. This is optional and doesn't need to be applied.
No compromises are made to the quality of calls. All calls are connected via Tier 1 carriers ensuring that no matter where your client dials in the world, the call is of high quality and reliable. No one likes a poor quality call.
If you prefer to use a third party billing platform to process your call records, we do make CDR files available for download via the control panel or securely via FTP. The file formats follow an industry standard ensuring compatibility with most telecom billing systems. CDR files are available for calls, line rental, broadband and leased line billing.
Our call records are updated daily online through the control panel. Customers can see all calls made in the previous 24 hours. Every call is logged, not just calls meeting a certain criteria and stored forever. As these are visible online, you, the reseller, won't need to supply expensive and wasteful paper copies to the client saving you money and the environment.
This is a powerful interrogation tool designed to allow resellers, and your customers, to extract really specific information from months, or years, of itemised phone calls. It is a facility that simply wouldn't be possible using paper based bills. For example, if you wanted to see every time a specific number was dialed over the course of 12 months, that cost more than 5 pence, you'll have that information in seconds and available on screen or for saving via as a CSV file.
To help customers make sense of their calls we provide free graphical statistics. On a reseller level they help you identify any strange traffic patterns, but for a customer they can help identify where savings could be made, or anomalies that exist (eg why are calls to premium rate numbers being made?).
As a reseller, or indeed as a customer, you can choose to export your call records in CSV format. These can then be processed through your own billing platform or statistical programs. You can generate these through the control panel, or we can provide FTP facilities to access them.
It may seem like a silly feature to mention, however it can be a key selling point to customers operating with multiple sites. Having lists of phone numbers is less than helpful without a reference point. As a reseller you can set friendly names against each line making your control panels even easier to understand. Do not underestimate the usefulness of this tool.
A lot of effort has been made to ensure that our resellers can operate as environmentally responsible as possible. We didn't want resellers to have to print out reams of paper each month to show customers what they have spent. However, should you need to, we provide a printer friendly version.
On a per line basis you are invited to set credit limits for outbound calls. Daily and monthly limits can be set to both warn you, and to auto-suspend. You may want to set a warning limit of £50, but should they exceed £100 you may want to auto-suspend as this unusually high traffic levels. Alerts can be sent out to you via email and / or SMS without additional charge.
Control is provided to restrict the types of calls that can be made through a line. You can choose from barring all outbound calls, or partially restrict with just international or mobile barring. Changes can be made around the clock and are normally active within 30-60 minutes.
If you have a copy of your clients phone bill, and it provides you with a summary of the destinations, minutes used and associated costs, then as a reseller you can generate an instant quote in seconds. The quote will calculate what the average pence per minute charge is with the current supplier (taking into account any discounts / hidden costs etc) and provide a comparison against a tariff you have designed. A break down showing the savings is provided within seconds. The resulting PDF export can include your logo, wording and other branding options allowing your sales staff an easy way to compare bills.
